Some notes (and I'll email these to Claudia in a more readable format)
Is there a way to save the survey at various points or does it autosave? I had to dig up some numbers midway through and worried my work would be lost.
What kind of media are we asking for? (Logo, photo, etc.)
Our current undergrad degree is a BIS in Religion, Health, and Leadership. It is our “major,” but at GSU, it’s technically a concentration within the BIS (Bach of Interdisciplinary Studies), a degree program managed at the college level. I clicked “concentration” rather than “major.” Then I also clicked “interdisciplinary program.” Maybe we can talk through how to clarify this section of the survey?
Annual undergrad courses: Are we asking for the number of different courses offered or for the total number of sections, which would be larger for those units that offer multiple sections of a core class.
It looks like we’re not asking how many majors a program has, right?
Total Undergraduate Credit Hour Production: Do we want a three-year average? Same question re: gen ed CH
Isn’t asking for total undergrad enrollment and total undergrad CH the same question? I’m reading the first as “heads in seats” and the second as 3 CH x head in seat. The difference would be when faculty are teaching courses that are 1 or 2 CH, I guess.
The areas of study list seems random. Pali is listed, but nothing with “health” is? Could we add a free response space here?
